Admissions Criteria

Sandwell Local Authority remains the admissions authority for Elm Tree School. Pupils are admitted in line with the authority’s policy. Parents and carers do not apply directly to the school but may request a specific type of provision and request a school to be named, through consultation during an Education and Health Care Needs Assessment or through Annual Review. Once a place has been granted at Elm Tree Academy a transition plan will be agreed between school and parents and carers.
