Admissions Criteria

In-Year Applications: An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admission round and the child will be admitted where there are available places. If there are places available but more applications than places, the published oversubscription criteria will be applied. If there are no places available, the child will be added to the waiting list. Applicants will be informed of the outcome in writing as soon as possible; the aim is to notify within 10-15 school days (information states 15 school days in writing, with aim 10). You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel if your application is unsuccessful. For questions, contact the school office on (0191) 2573097 or [email protected]; you may also discuss in-year applications with North Tyneside LA Admissions on (0191) 643 8724 or [email protected].
