"To champion and rejoice in those we serve, creating an environment where excellence is achieved and potential fulfilled."
We are a Church of England Academy and our mission is to create a distinctive educational community for all based upon Christian faith and values. Our ethos is based on our vision: To champion and rejoice in those we serve, creating an environment where excellence is achieved and potential fulfilled. Our belief is that every student is unique and valued by God. This guides the relationships and personal approach to the curriculum that we take with every young person. We aim to develop confident students with a strong sense of justice and doing what is right, and to encourage students to believe in themselves to be the best they can be.
Our primary aim is to deliver an excellent education that empowers children and equips them for an aspirational future of life-long learning. Our curriculum is bespoke to our school community, providing opportunities to learn about themselves, their community, their values and the wider world to ensure they can make the most of it.
