"We love, live and celebrate together: Building God's Kingdom through Jesus our Lord."
St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School has a Catholic ethos and is part of the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust. Mass is celebrated in school on a fortnightly basis. The parish priest Canon Paul Douthwaite is based at St. Joseph’s Church and the Holy Family Parish, Hartlepool. Catholic parents may decide when their child receives the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion from Year 4 onward, with preparation shared among home, parish and school; non-Catholic children learn about Catholic practices during RE lessons and through prayer experiences.
Welcome to St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School. I am proud to be Headteacher of our small and friendly school, where we love, live and celebrate together, building God's kingdom with Jesus our Lord.
