EYFS has seven areas of learning and development (Prime and Specific Areas) with RBA and Early Learning Goals; Gem Powers linked to learning. KS1 follows the National Curriculum with core and foundation subjects and a skills-based, thematic approach; two-year rolling Curriculum plan; language of the term has a dedicated programme.

The school identifies and supports pupils with SEND through Quality First Teaching (QFT) and Single Support Plans (SSPs) that are reviewed three times a year; external agencies (e.g., Speech and Language, Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists) may be involved if needed, with parents kept informed.

Admissions Criteria

Admissions are managed by The Partnership Trust; Local Authority handles Reception admissions; Planned Admission Numbers (PAN) are 90 for Reception; there is a September induction programme; in-year admissions are handled via the Trust; there is a current consultation to reduce PAN from 90 to 60 from September 2026.
