From January 2025 wraparound childcare is available between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am to 8:45am. After School Club options run from 3:00pm to 6:00pm (on site by Progressive Kids). Fees for after school wraparound: 3:00pm–4:00pm £5; 3:00pm–4:30pm £6.50; 3:00pm–6:00pm £10. Bookings are made via the Progressive Kids system.
Twerton Nursery and Infant School is committed to SEND inclusion. The Thrive Approach supports emotional health, wellbeing and social skills, with a Thrive practitioner (Amy Tidswell) supporting two days each week. The on-site Forest School provides learning in the natural environment. Specialist provisions include Rainbow Club (nurture breakfast club), Cosy Club (quieter lunchtime option), Social Skills Group, Play Therapy, and the Inclusion Lead/SENCo (Hala Langan). The school partners with services such as SLIP (Speech and Language Therapy), School Nurse, Brighter Futures, CAMHS, Educational Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists.
