"Our Community, Growing and Learning Together with Christ"
At St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, celebrating our Catholic faith is at the heart of everything we do. Our Catholic identity is nurtured every day through prayer, worship, service, and learning. Mass is celebrated weekly in church and we mark Advent, Lent, Holy Week and Easter with liturgy and assemblies across the school.
A warm welcome from the Principal: “On behalf of the children, staff and Board of Governors, I offer you a very warm welcome to St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Wednesbury. St Mary’s offers a Catholic education for primary aged pupils (3 to 11 year olds) living within the Parish of St Mary’s, Wednesbury and the surrounding area.”

Our SEND Information Page describes a beacon of inclusive education where all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), feel seen, heard and valued. It outlines SEND vision, Local Offer context and how to access support (SEND Policy, SEND Information Report, and SENDIAS guidance).
Admissions follow Sandwell Local Authority procedures. Catholic families must complete a Supplementary Information Form in addition to the standard application. The school applies oversubscription criteria, provides a waiting list, and offers appeals for unsuccessful applications.
