SEND Provision

The school provides SEND information through the SEND Information Report and Policy. Areas of Need include: Communication and Interaction; Cognition and Learning; Social, Emotional and Mental Health; Physical and/or Sensory. The school works collaboratively with external agencies to ensure appropriate support for children with additional needs, and SENCO/inclusion management is provided by Miss Carter (APWG Infant School) and Miss Johnson (Wood Green Junior School).

Admissions Criteria

Admissions arrangements indicate that Nursery places are managed by the local authority and offered to children from the term after their third birthday if spaces are available. The Nursery runs 8:30–11:30. Applications are submitted via the school office, with places allocated by oldest date of birth first and by distance from the school if birth dates are tied. APWG Admission Arrangements 2025-2026 and Sandwell Admissions Booklet 2025-2026 (and the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 documents) govern the process.

Financial Information

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are free.
