Welcome to Cherry Tree Hill Primary School. We are a long-standing school that has served the community for over 80 years, aiming to equip children with knowledge, skills and attitudes to thrive, guided by our Be Safe, Be Caring, Be a Learner ethos.

Admissions Criteria

Cherry Tree Hill Primary School follows Derby City admissions criteria. There are 3–4 year old places available annually using either 15 hours or 30 hours of funding. Sessions include 15-hour and 30-hour offers with options across weekdays and partial days. Applications are to be made through Derby City Council (online or by telephone). The policy also covers deferral, part-time entry for summer-born children, and changes of address with required proofs.
