Ethos & Values

"In Jesus’ way we learn, live and pray."

It is our aim for each and every child who joins us to find enjoyment, happiness and fulfilment throughout their days with us. We will strive to uncover the talents, interests and God- given gifts of each child; get to know them and understand them as individuals and build a curriculum around them that is rich and engaging. In Jesus’ way we learn, live and pray. A federation between children, parents, staff, governors and the community as a whole. A place of Christian values where children learn respect for themselves and others. We see change as an opportunity to embrace. We are ordered and purposeful in what we do but we like to laugh and have fun. We value the partnership which exists between both schools and the part it plays in realising this vision.

Catholic ethos with Religious Education at the core; RE is taught for 10% of curriculum time and the school follows the Come and See scheme; there are parish links and chaplaincy involvement; regular Mass and worship life are part of school practice.

Head Teacher's Message
