SEND Provision

Croft Infant School provides SEND support through the SENDCo with identification, assessment and provision. It uses Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and may involve Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). External agencies such as Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapy, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Inclusion Support Service, School Nurse, Multi Agency Team and CAMHS may be involved. Staff CPD supports SEND provision, and inclusive practices enable participation in visits and the broader curriculum.
