Lawn Manor Academy opened on 1st Sept 2017 as the first new secondary school in Swindon under the Ascend Learning Trust. The school emphasises potential within every child and aims to realise it through academic study, creativity and high expectations. The ILEARN values underpin the school’s strategies for success, with the motto 'Inspiring and Creating Futures for All'. Leadership includes Executive Head Sandra Muir and Head of School Russell Langdown.
Lawn Manor Academy welcomes applications from new pupils across Swindon. Applications can be made for pupils moving from Year 6 into the new academic year each September, or throughout the year into Years 7, 8, 9 10 & 11 subject to availability and our admissions policy. Although there is no guarantee of a place for children attending the named feeder schools, they are given priority in the event of oversubscription for places.
