Admissions Criteria

PAN: Year 7 = 300; Year 12 = 35. The PAN is the number of pupils it is intended to admit into the first year group. The Yorkshire Learning Trust is the admissions authority for Fulford School and applications are processed by the City of York Council. Applications for Year 12 or 13 (sixth form) should be made directly to the school. Starting secondary school in September 2026: 12 September 2025 – Opening date for applications; 31 October 2025 – Deadline for on-time applications; 1 March 2026 – National Offer Day; 15 May 2026 – Deadline for return of appeal forms if appealing; June – July 2026 – Admissions appeals heard.
