"Spark the flame, light up the world."
We are a diverse, empathetic and encouraging school where children thrive, immersed in the Christian ethos we have built over many years. We welcome children of all faiths, knowing we all share the same values. We work closely with our Faith Partnership schools and with Transform Trust and the Diocese.
The Headteacher describes South Wilford as providing an engaging and enriching curriculum that promotes a love of learning and prepares children for life in the 21st century. The school aims to produce confident, loving, and resilient individuals who can face life's challenges with courage and integrity. Ofsted praised outstanding personal development; the Christian values are a golden thread; the school collaborates with Transform Trust, the Diocese, families and Governors to support teaching, learning and well-being, with a strong emphasis on mental health and leadership opportunities for every pupil.
