The Headteacher describes South Wilford as providing an engaging and enriching curriculum that promotes a love of learning and prepares children for life in the 21st century. The school aims to produce confident, loving, and resilient individuals who can face life's challenges with courage and integrity. Ofsted praised outstanding personal development; the Christian values are a golden thread; the school collaborates with Transform Trust, the Diocese, families and Governors to support teaching, learning and well-being, with a strong emphasis on mental health and leadership opportunities for every pupil.

Admissions Criteria

PAN 420 (60 per year group). Admissions are coordinated by Nottingham City Council. Children can apply for a school place online via the Nottingham City Council website. Open Morning for September 2026 admissions is noted (9th October 10am). For children starting school for the first time, there are transition arrangements and information about admission policies available via the school documents. In-year transfers are assessed on an ongoing basis with places offered by the Local Authority. If applying for a faith place, a faith reference must be sought by the school.
