New Bradwell School has a published admission number of 630. It will admit children with an EHC plan naming the school. If more applications are received than places available, offers are made in this order: Looked After Children and Previously Looked After Children; children living in the defined area (New Bradwell, Blue Bridge, Oak Ridge Park, Stantonbury Farm Park and the northern part of Bancroft) with a sibling on roll; children living in the defined area without a sibling on roll; children who live outside the defined area with brothers or sisters at the school; children who attend the school’s Nursery; and then children living outside the defined area. When applicants are tied by distance, priority is given to nearer addresses measured to the school’s main entrance. For multiple births, only one child may be admitted to Key Stage 1; for other classes both twins may be admitted. There is no automatic right of entry for pupils in the nursery. The Grand Union Partnership Trust administers some policies; the school’s special needs department is at a different site (Fishermead) and admissions for that department are separate; in-year admissions go through Milton Keynes Council.
