SEND Provision

All Saints ensures that all children are supported socially and pastorally by staff, with the SENCO coordinating supports. A child may have a 'Supporting me to learn' plan (SMTLP) developed with the child and parents, featuring two to three targets, and reviewed termly with potential involvement from external agencies such as Educational Psychologist, CAMHS, and other specialists. The SENCO monitors all plans and liaises with external professionals as needed.
