Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am until the start of school; After School Club runs from the end of the school day until 6:00pm each weekday. Bookings should be made seven days in advance via the MCAS app (ad hoc bookings possible in certain circumstances). Accounts must be fully paid to make bookings. Late collection incurs £1 per minute for the first 15 minutes. Cancellations or amendments can be made via MCAS at least seven days before the session; [email protected] is available for changes.
Wakefield Local Authority controls admissions. Horbury Primary Academy has 60 places in each year group. Applications for a place should be made to the Wakefield Local Authority Admissions Team (online or paper). If applications exceed places, the LA will follow its policy. For Nursery, 15-hour (part-time) and 30-hour (full-time) places are available; online applications are encouraged; a Nursery place does not guarantee a Reception place.
