Birdsedge First School is a small village school with a caring, nurturing, child-centred ethos, strong community links and a family feel; it operates three classes and has in-house Resource Provision to support pupils with additional needs; the school joined The Mast Academy Trust in 2016.
Sports
Onsite Breakfast Club and After School Club offering flexible care every weekday; Holiday Club available. Forest Friends Out of School Club provides care from 7:30am until the start of school for Breakfast Club and from 3:30pm to 6pm for After School Club.
The Den provides a provision to support and develop Communication and Interaction needs, whilst The Snug is a pastoral provision to support those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
