Wisbech St Mary Church of England Academy is a Voluntary-Aided primary school within the Diocese of Ely and part of the DEMAT. It is a Church of England school with Christian values, and its vision is Be the Light. Its core values are Compassion, Respect, Responsibility, Perseverance, Excellence, and Courage. The school aims to teach the Christian faith while promoting understanding of other religions, with religious education provided in accordance with the Cambridgeshire Agreed Syllabus and Understanding Christianity, and at least 10% of teaching time devoted to RE. Collective worship and related religious activities are part of school life.
