Head Teacher's Message

Welcome to Foxton Primary School. The Headteacher describes Foxton as a small, friendly, welcoming village school with large classrooms, a large outdoor area, and a focus on nurturing curiosity, self-belief and independent learning.

Wraparound Care

After-School Care: Yes

Wraparound care is provided by JS Sports & Education and runs after school: 3.15pm–5.00pm (£8.00 per session) and 3.15pm–6.00pm (£12.00 per session) with a sibling discount; bookings via MagicBookings; described as high-quality childcare and supervision that supports children’s health and development.

Admissions Criteria

Applications are made to Cambridgeshire County Council. Reception places can be applied for online from mid-November, with a final deadline in mid-January. Results are notified in mid-April. The local authority uses over-subscription criteria published in the admissions code.
