Admissions Criteria

Ramsden Hall Academy admits up to 100 boys (PAN 100) aged 11-16 with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). Admissions, including in-year applications, are reviewed with Essex County Council; the final decision to name the academy on a child’s EHCP rests with Essex County Council; if named, Essex must fund the placement.
