Admissions are on a rolling basis. Admissions open the year before entry and decisions are communicated within two weeks of the appointment. The process includes submitting an online application with required documents (photo, birth certificate or Livret de famille, passport, school reports for the last two years and the current year when available, letter of recommendation about the family, co-signed authorisation if parents are divorced or separated). There is a non-refundable application fee of £275 payable via Stripe or bank transfer. New users must create a user account; existing users sign in and may Add New Applicant. An interview with a Head of School or senior staff is arranged after an information session. Families living abroad can have virtual presentations and Zoom interviews. There is a Grade equivalency chart (FR/UK/USA) to determine appropriate year placement. Linguistic entry requirements state the school welcomes non-French-speaking students at all levels and beginners in English up to Year 7. See Admissions Policy and Privacy Policy for more details.
