The school’s mission is to identify and fully develop the natural talents and potential of each individual pupil within the context of the culture, ethics and values of the Christian faith, emphasising those strong moral and spiritual tenets shared with other faiths.

Breakfast Club available from 7:30am; supervision in the playground from 8:15am; school day begins at 8:25am; after-school clubs run until later; morning breaks outdoors; lunch followed by outdoor play.
Main entry is at 3+ in Pre-Reception with occasional places higher up; the school is described as non-selective. From Year 1, pupils are tested in Mathematics and English and reports from previous schools are requested. The school accepts siblings. Places are offered 15 months before entry, and deferral of places or acceptance is not possible. Visits and personal meetings occur October to March two years before entry. A non-refundable registration fee of £180 is required. Bursaries are means-tested from Year 3 onwards; details are in the Bursary Policy. Fees and deposits are outlined in the Fees section.
Termly fees are due on the first day of each term. Annual increases are announced at the end of the Spring term. All fees (except Pre-Reception) are subject to 20% VAT (from January 2025). Registration fee £180 (inc. VAT). Enrolment deposit £4,200 (paid in two stages: 50% on acceptance, balance seven months before entry; deposit refunded on final account). Pre-Reception fees: £6,956. Reception–Year 6: £8,347 (including VAT).
