Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club: Yes After-School Care: Yes

Breakfast Club at Heathlands is open from 7.40am - 8.40am every morning in the school hall. The last serving of breakfast is 8.20am. The cost is £2.50 per child per session including breakfast. Sessions need to be booked no later than 24hrs in advance of a session and payment is required at the time of booking (booking will not be taken on the day). Payments must be made via the Parent Portal through Arbor (login provided on the child’s first day). This provision is not open to Nursery children. Children will be looked after until the start of the school day and will go direct to their class from the hall once school starts; Reception children will be escorted to the classroom.

SEND Provision

Heathlands provides SEND support including short or long term support for handwriting, fine motor skills, reading, phonics, maths, speech and language and communication, English as an additional language, and social, emotional and mental health support. The school works with external agencies such as Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Service, CAMHS, and can refer to these services to create bespoke support. The SENDCo is Mrs S Harris (SENCo) and contact is [email protected].
