Breakfast Club runs from 07:30 to the start of the school day. After School Club runs from 15:15 to 17:45. Short sessions are available (Breakfast 8:15–8:45; After School 3:15–3:50). Breakfast Club costs £5.90 per session (breakfast included). Regular After School Club costs £12.75. Short sessions cost £3.10 (Breakfast short) and £5.10 (Afternoon short). Booking and payment are via Arbor Parent Portal; information and menus are provided in attached letters. If a child is not collected by 3.40pm they are moved to After School Club and charged accordingly.

Breakfast and Tea at The Brook (wrap around care) can be booked online via the Arbor app, with same-day or term-long bookings. See attached letter for service details and menu options.

Admissions Criteria

Year R main round admissions are handled by Southampton City Council. In-year admissions for Tanners Brook are processed from Thornden School; enquiries should be directed to Mel Saunders.
