Marden Vale is a Church of England academy that is part of the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust. The school has close links with the Parish Church and celebrates major events and Christian festivals at St. Mary the Virgin’s Church. Daily acts of collective worship are provided, Open the Book worship is used weekly, Bible exhibitions are held, and Bible stories are part of worship. The school’s vision and values underpin everything, and the SIAMS inspection focuses on the impact of the Christian vision on flourishing pupils and adults.
Headteacher Louise Scrivens welcomes visitors and highlights that Marden Vale CE Academy is part of the Diocese of Salisbury and a multi-academy trust. She emphasises that every child is unique and the school strives to provide the best possible academic and spiritual education, with partnership with parents and the community as vital to success.
