SEND Provision

Merley First School provides SEND support via an Inclusion Team. Inclusion Lead/SENCO and Senior Mental Health Lead: Miss Sophie Leftwich; Designated Safeguarding Lead and Pupil Premium Lead: Mrs Carolyn Waldron; Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead: Mrs Chloe Butler. Admissions Criteria

We welcome applications for our school. For Reception entry, follow the local authority admissions information. Applications for Reception, junior or middle places can be made from 1 November 2025, with a closing date of 15 January 2026. Admissions are coordinated with the local authority (BCP/Dorset).
