Welcome to King's Park Academy. We believe that every child deserves the best education and we have the highest expectations for every child who attends our school. Our aim is for them to reach their full potential by giving them the education that they need today and setting them up with every chance to succeed tomorrow.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:50am every morning at a cost of £4. You must book in advance using Parent Pay by 2:30 pm the previous day. After School Care Club runs every afternoon during the school term at £9.00 per session per child. Booking closes at 2:30 pm for that day’s club. Hours extend to 5:50 pm. Activities include cooking, multi-sports, art and crafts and games; a healthy snack is provided; a safe, supervised environment; the club operates on a termly basis and is subject to staff ratios.
Lunch is served in on-site canteen. For students not eligible for Free School Meals or Universal Free School Meals, the cost of school lunches is £12.50 per week (£2.50 per meal). From 1 March, the price increases to £2.65 per meal. Lunches must be paid by credit or debit card via ParentPay. Universal Free School Meals are available for children up to the end of Year 2; Year 3 and above must pay unless eligible for Free School Meals.
