Breakfast Club runs from 7.55am to 8.35am with breakfast served until 8.20am; cost £3.50 per day (payment via Arbor); to apply contact Mrs Foard in the office. After School Club is held at Freeman's Endowed CE Junior School; St Barnabas staff walk children up to Freeman's at 3.15pm; shorter session finishes at 5.00pm costing £5.50, longer session finishes at 5.30pm costing £8.00 (payments via Arbor); to apply contact Mrs Henson; if further support regarding child care is needed, the school office can provide a list of local childminders and after school care providers.
Admissions are managed by Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET). In Reception, children start in September following their 4th birthday; applications are through the local authority with a deadline of 15 January; faith-based applications require a Supplementary Information Form (SIF A) returned by 15 January. In-year admissions are managed by the Trust; waiting lists operate for Reception (until end of the term) and for Years 1–2 (one term). Appeals are handled via the Diocese of Peterborough. Admissions Policies are available for 2025–2026 and 2026–2027.
