SEND Provision

Abacus provides SEND support through early identification by teachers and the SENCo, the Additional Support Register (SEND Register), and Individual Plans. Support includes in-class and small group interventions, access to specialist services (Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapy, NHS Occupational Therapy, CAMHS, CAMHS-clinical support, Dyslexia Action, counselling/play therapy, MOSAIC, and other relevant services), with reviews and transition planning as needed.

Admissions Criteria

Admissions follow Camden policies; if oversubscribed, priority is given to applicants who meet the admissions policy after admitting pupils with a Statement of Special Educational Needs where the school is named in the Statement/EHC Plan. The deadline for Reception applications is 15 January 2026; offers are made in April; in-year admissions are handled via the school office; appeals are managed by Camden Council.
