Ambitious, inclusive curriculum rooted in Catholic Social Teachings Broad and balanced curriculum across five years (Year 7–11) with KS3 aligned to the national curriculum Core subjects including RE, English, Mathematics, Science, Language, I AM and Physical Education; one language for all five years with an additional language for more able linguists at KS3 and KS4, plus EAL opportunities Reading is a priority across the curriculum with dedicated reading time and the STM Reading Department 50 periods, one hour each, over a two-week timetable; emphasis on reading, vocabulary and literacy across subjects Pupils study Reading, Languages, RE, I AM, English, Maths, Science and other subjects; progression planned through KS3 to KS4 with option choices in Year 9 and GCSE study from Year 10.
