The school has a capacity of 420 with a Planned Admission Number (PAN) of 60. Admissions follow Wiltshire Council’s Schools Admissions Policy for 2025-26 and 2026-27. For September 2026, the closing date is 15 January 2026 at noon, with offers notified in April 2026; late applications will be posted out in June 2026. The deadline for September 2027 entry is 15 January 2027. Wiltshire Council controls all admissions. An induction guide for Reception children is provided. In-year applications are via the Local Authority (online or paper). Transfer to Malmesbury School occurs at age 11, with induction visits in Year 6 and ongoing links between the schools. Admissions policies are formally agreed by the Governing Body by 28 February in the determination year; the school will consult again no later than December 2027 for the 2029/30 policy.
