Admissions Criteria

Oversubscription criteria: Looked after children and children who were previously looked after; priority based on exceptional medical or social needs (with evidence from medical or social worker); priority to siblings; priority to children with a parent employed at Chorlton High School for two years or more, or recruited to fill a vacant post with a demonstrable skill shortage. If tied, distance to school determines priority; random allocation used by the local authority as a tie-break. Late applications are considered after the on-time applications.
