Admissions Criteria

Manchester Academy has an admission number of 240 for Year 7 in September 2026. The Academy is open to students of all abilities and backgrounds and accepts students of all faiths and none. If a child has a statement of special educational needs naming the academy in the statement, they will be given a special priority over other admissions. In-year admissions are dealt with by Manchester City Council, and appeals can be made to the Independent Appeal Panel.
