Religious Education (RE) has an important place in the primary curriculum. The RE curriculum follows the Devon and Torbay Agreed Syllabus for RE. Pupils study Christianity and other faiths (4–5s EYFS – Christianity and other faiths; 5–7s KS1 – Christians, Jews and Muslims; 7–11s KS2 – Christians, Muslims, Hindus and Jews). The curriculum aims to help pupils gain understanding of religious and non-religious beliefs, make connections between beliefs, and think critically in an open enquiry environment. The school promotes respect for people of different beliefs and worldviews, including non-religious perspectives, and emphasizes first‑hand experiences and open enquiry in RE.

Wraparound Care

Wrap around care is available from 7:45am to 6:00pm. Break down of sessions includes a Breakfast session 7:45am–8:45am (£3.50), Morning Nursery session 8:45am–12:15pm (£16.50), Afternoon session 12:15pm–3:15pm (£16.50), After School session 3:15pm–6:00pm (£7.00). A School meal (£2.60) can be booked if attending the morning session or staying all day. Entitlement includes 15 hours of funded childcare per week from the term after a child’s 3rd birthday, with potential for 30 hours funding for eligible families; additional sessions may be paid for; Fees payable in advance on a termly basis.

Financial Information
