Dear parents, Welcome to Latchmere School – a vibrant and inclusive community where every child is encouraged to thrive. The Head of School emphasises a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn; highlights strong partnerships with parents, high expectations, enriching experiences (trips, workshops, residentials) and a dedicated staff; invites parents to meet or email for questions or discussions.
Voluntary contributions may be requested for activities such as day visits, residential trips, or cooking/crafts; pupils are not excluded from activities if contributions are not paid, but an activity or visit may be cancelled if sufficient contributions are not collected. Activities which take place outside school hours may be charged (e.g. extra sports clubs). There are also charges for individual music tuition provided either privately or by the Borough. A hot lunch is available to purchase for £2.50 per meal.
