SEND Provision

SEN provision follows the Assess, Plan, Do, Review model; the SENCO works with all teachers to identify needs early and assess which interventions or specialist support are required; support focuses on academic progress as well as social and emotional skills, growth mindset, life skills and well-being; pupils with additional needs may have different targets but receive high-quality teaching input.

Ark Putney Academy is non-selective; there are no entrance exams or selection tests for admission; applications are submitted via the Wandsworth Council co-ordinated system; in-year applications are possible; the school does not subscribe to the Wandsworth Test.
