Catholic life is at the core of the school. St Bernard’s is a Catholic Voluntary Academy; admissions are governed by the Governing Body and the Diocesan guidance. Priority is given to baptised members or catechumens of the Catholic Church; if spaces remain, preference may be given to parents of children from other Christian Churches seeking a Christian education.
