Welcome message from the Headteacher emphasising Riverside’s academy status since 2012, independence from the Local Authority, a safe and well-organised environment, high standards, and broad experiences including visits to historical sites and universities to raise pupil aspirations.
Wrap around care including breakfast club from 7.30am and after school club until 5.30pm.
The school provides inclusive SEN support coordinated by the SENCo, with assessments, targeted interventions, and referrals to external services as needed; annual reviews are held for pupils with EHCPs, and parents are involved in planning and reviewing progress.
