Welcome to Salendine Nook High School. We have a fantastic intake of students and a hugely committed staff body. We have outstanding pastoral support and a first class extra-curricular programme. We place great emphasis on relationships and wellbeing and we provide a first class education to our students, so that all can achieve their unique potential. Salendine Nook High School admits looked-after/previously looked-after children first; then children of staff; then those who live in the School’s Priority Admission Area (PAA) with an older brother or sister attending from the same address; then other children who live in the school’s priority admission area; then children outside the school’s priority admission area who have an older brother or sister attending from the same address; and finally other children who live outside the PAA. The school will admit pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) where the school is named. Unsuccessful applicants have the right to appeal; appeals are managed by the school.
