The Principal states a vision of developing well-disciplined students, with good character, who fulfil their academic potential, and describes a seven-year journey from Year 7 to Year 13 with strong collaboration between students, parents, and the school.

SEND Provision

Highams Park School provides SEND support through a dedicated SEND team (Assistant Principal for SEND & Inclusion, two Deputy SENCOs, SEND Administrator, and a team of HLTAs and LSAs) offering in-class support and small-group interventions. Interventions include Bedrock Learning, Word Wasp, Word Shark, Elsa Support, and Speech and Language Therapy. NGRT reading tests are used to identify reading ages; Educational Psychology assessments may lead to suggested interventions.
