"Where every moment is a learning opportunity"
Through our Religious Education curriculum all pupils will learn about key faiths, as well as Christian celebrations and rites of passage. Our students visit local places of worship and we celebrate key Christian Festivals, often at our local church. We have found this enables our students to develop awareness and understanding of Christianity, whilst learning about other faiths helps to develop tolerance towards others.
A welcome message from Headteacher Ginny Bellard describing Montacute as a very special school where every pupil is supported with personalised pathways, a broad range of interventions and enrichment experiences, strong community and NHS support, and a commitment to safeguarding, staff development, and continuous improvement.
All children and young people attending Montacute School must have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP), without which a place cannot be offered.
