A warm welcome from Head Teacher Lucy Eldridge. The school aims for high standards of achievement, behaviour and respect; aims to create independent, articulate thinkers and learners; supports a rich and vibrant curriculum with three core aims: confident individuals, successful learners, and responsible citizens.
Our SEND provision is extensive and varied to ensure the best support for the many areas of Special Educational Needs. We cater for different learning styles and provide 1:1 bespoke support and small group work. Our Head of Inclusion is Sally Scriven.
Two Mile Ash School is an Academy; the Governing Body decides admissions. Normal intake is Years 3–6 with up to 170 places. Priority for Children in Care or for pupils who live in the defined area (Great Holm, Two Mile Ash and Crownhill north of Monro Avenue and Marley Grove). Additional priorities include pupils attending a school in the defined area, pupils with a sibling at the school, and pupils whose parent is a member of staff. If oversubscribed, places are allocated by distance (shortest direct route). Appeals are handled via the Admissions Officer.
