Pastoral care and wellbeing are central to the school ethos. SEND provision is led by the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), Mrs A Yadav. The school provides SEND support with early identification, regular monitoring and a strong partnership with parents and external agencies, ensuring smooth transition between stages. The SENCo and Head of Year regularly monitor strategies for individual learners. The SENCo can be contacted at [email protected] or by phone on 020 8546 0773. Available SEND resources include SEND information report, SEND Policy, School SEND Profile and SEND Local Offer.
The catchment area is made up of an Inner Area and a Designated Area; girls living in these areas are given priority. Disadvantaged children are given the highest priority in oversubscription criteria (looked after children or previously looked after children, those eligible for means-tested free school meals, or those registered as a service child). Since the Designated Area was introduced in September 2014 all places have been offered to children living inside it. The Designated Area comprises 44 postal districts and these are set out in the admissions policy. For Year 7 admissions, contact is [email protected]
