Equity in Education (EiE) strategy: Exmouth Community College Equity in Education (EiE) focuses on Pupil Premium students and other groups (Children in Care, Post Looked After, Service Children, EAL, Young Carers). The EiE Team provides dedicated leadership and support (Assistant Head Teacher for Equity; EAL Co-Ordinator; Aim Higher Mentors; CiC Lead; Young Carers Lead).
