Welcome to Woodland Middle School Academy. Our school ethos is a values-based one where our expectations for attainment, achievement, well-being and our common values are set very high. I am proud of the pupils and staff for their achievements and invite visitors to call for a visit.

SEND Provision

There is an ongoing programme of screening, monitoring and support. Pupils on the SEND register will have extra provision mapped. This provision is recorded and shared and reviewed with parents. All staff have access to our pupil database, so that up to date information on SEND can be shared. Our SEND Coordinator works with Lower and Upper School colleagues to make sure that appropriate provision is place upon transfer. We currently have a large team of teaching assistants that support pupils.
