Admissions Criteria

Admissions to Skinners’ Academy are coordinated through the Hackney Learning Trust as part of the Pan-London admissions system. All applicants must take a banding test. The academy’s oversubscription criteria and admission process for Year 7 are detailed in the Admissions Policy 2026-2027; appeals for Year 7 are handled by an Independent Appeal Panel online.
