Applications for Corby Business Academy are managed by North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) in line with the NCC coordinated admissions scheme. Applications are made through the North Northamptonshire Council Parent Portal. The school operates oversubscription criteria that give preference to Looked After Children (and previously Looked After Children), followed by children with a sibling link, and then by distance from home to the academy (in a straight line). In-year admissions and waiting lists are handled by the Local Authority. For Sixth Form, external applicants may be offered up to 25 places with oversubscription criteria mirroring Looked After status, sibling links, and distance, with tie-break by random allocation. Entry requirements for Sixth Form include Level 3 Pathway (minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English and Maths) or Level 3 Gateway (minimum 3 GCSEs at grade 4 with English and Maths at grade 3 or higher); an accompanying learning agreement and dress code apply. Please consult the Brooke Weston Trust Admissions Policy for full details.
