Ethos & Values

"A man took a grain of mustard seed, and sowed it in his field. Indeed, the seed is smaller than all seeds but when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in its branches."

Democracy The Rule of Law Individual Liberty Mutual Respect Tolerance of those of different faiths and beliefs

Sacred Heart is described as a vibrant caring Catholic community where children know each other and the staff. Assemblies, led by both staff and children, provide time to reflect on Christian responsibilities toward others and to celebrate achievements. The education blends traditional and innovative teaching methods within an academically demanding and exciting curriculum with a focus on Gospel values and on developing an education centred around God’s love for all.
