Davison Curriculum is described with a subject mix and KPI-driven assessment; FROG platform is used for communication and KPI tracking. Three KS4 pathways: EBacc Pathway, Progress Pathway, and Key Skills Pathway (LETs). Study Plus is a numeracy and literacy improvement programme for Key Stage 4. Year 10 includes one week of work experience. GCSE subjects in Arts: Art, Craft & Design; Art Textiles; Photography. Vocational qualifications offered: BTEC in Sport, Travel & Tourism and Health & Social Care; OCR National Award in Child Development. Most Year 10 & 11 students study for nine GCSEs or equivalent; some may study additional qualifications (e.g., Further Maths) and other option choices depend on pathways. Assessment in KS3 uses KPIs and the Growth Mindset approach; KS4 uses GCSE criteria and mock examinations; there is strong emphasis on independent learning and feedback via Frog.
